We are different.
We are not a traditional Apprentice training provider.
We pride ourselves on providing the service our clients need, which can be different to what you might find with a traditional Apprentice training provider.
Our roots go back 25 years in the Leadership and Management development training arena, and we offer management level apprenticeships exclusively. We work as part of a group of organisations, bringing together three training providers with common ownership to provide the best of all worlds in the Private, Public and Third Sectors;
Management Apprentice
Specialist Leadership and Management Apprentice Provider
It is the combined experience and expertise of this Group of Companies that makes us unique.
We use this wide experience and expertise to support organisations in developing their own management apprenticeship programmes, which are aligned to their exact business needs, ensuring they gain the best value from their levy contributions.
Our established history as a ‘high quality’ accredited centre with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) – the professional industry awarding body that was influential in the design of the new apprenticeship programmes – means that we are trusted experts in our field, as evidenced by our successful achievement record. Our commitment to thorough administration, planning, tracking, reporting and delegate support, is responsible for a 100% track record of ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’ evaluations for our interventions.
This feedback has led to a reputation for rigour and quality in all of our work which, combined with consistent innovation in products and services, makes us respected professionals in the Learning & Development Industry. Since 1994, we have worked with private sector clients, privatised utilities and organisations in the public and third sectors, delivering management development programmes and consultancy services that combine the best in high impact behavioural change with pragmatic business-centred performance improvement.
We help to dispel the myths around Management Apprenticeships to capture enthusiasm from your management teams. Apprenticeships aren’t what you remember them to be. As far as we are concerned an apprenticeship is essentially a ‘wrapper’ for a specific training programme and there is very little need for participants to adopt the ‘apprenticeship wrapper’ which removes the possible negativity. Anyone can commence an apprenticeship at any time in their life – irrespective of their age, background or career level.
As a member of the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) we are able to offer full apprenticeship programmes in Leadership and Management.
